Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, as well as company checks, wire transfers and cash. Please note that we do not ship COD.
Credit/Purchase Orders
We may extend credit terms of Net 30 days for qualified customers based on approval. We determine on an individual basis, and at our sole discretion, what customers qualify. We may extend terms to customers purchasing large quantities of supplies or product or companies wishing to order on a recurring basis. Any and all past due amounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly financing charge or the maximum permissible under applicable law. Please call us for more details.Each returned check will result in a $25 processing fee.
Sales Tax
Sales tax on merchandise, freight, and handlingcosts will be charged on purchasesshipped to locations in the state of New York.
Custom Orders
All custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time that the order is placed. Balance is due before merchandise is shipped. No refunds or returns are accepted oncustom orders.

Returns and Exchanges
All-in-One Suppliers guarantees the quality of all merchandise shipped from our warehouse. If you receive a product that is broken, torn, malfunctioning or otherwise defective, please call our Customer Service Department. They will issue a written Return Authorization number to you. They will also let you know how the return should be handled. When we receive the return, we will inspect the defect, and determine the appropriate refund or credit due.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Items must be in original cartons. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date. Custom orders, special drop-ship orders and all custom pipe racks are not returnable.
Unauthorized returns (returns without a written Return Authorization number) will be refused, and no credit or refund will be given. If merchandise is used by a customer, it cannot be returned unless it is deemed to be defective. Call our Customer Service Department for assistance with all returns.
If damage is caused in the shipping process, please read our policy on Damaged Merchandise (see below).
Damaged Merchandise
If received via UPS, FedEx or USPS: If you discover that your merchandise is damaged, save the packing material and call UPS, FedEx or USPS for an inspection and pickup.
If received via Truck Line (Common Carrier): If obvious damage is discovered on delivery, note the nature of the damage on both your and the driver’s copy. Have the driver sign both copies. Save all packing materials. File a claim with the carrier.
Concealed damage: After opening the carton, call the truck line at once. Ask for an inspection and save all packing materials for inspection. If the truck line does not respond within 10 days, call our Customer Service Department for assistance.
We strongly urge you to open all cartons immediately. Failure to examine your merchandise in a timely fashion may result in your freight claim being denied.
